2025 Best Travel Products: The Bag Edit

It’s only July, but I’ve already found four travel bags that I’m obsessing over, from a shockingly functional duffel bag to sleek carry-on backpacks. Bonus: They’re all majorly on sale right now for Amazon Prime Days!!

LoveVook 40L Travel Backpack

Lovevook carry-on travel backpack

If you’ve been around here for any length of time, you know how much I love my LoveVook bags! I take my LoveVook anti-theft backpack on almost every trip because it has great organization and built-in locks. But they have so many great bags, and I finally decided to grab yet another one to try. This time, it was their 40L Travel Backpack set. It’s right at the edge of making it as a personal bag for most airlines, but fits enough that you won’t feel bad making it your carry-on instead.

There is so much I love about this bag, starting with the sleek look. It’s available in two sizes (40 L and 50 L) and five different colors. But practically speaking, it’s got many of the features I look for in a travel backpack, including lots of organization, a padded laptop sleeve, and a roomy anti-theft pocket on the back panel.

I also love that the zipper for the main compartment opens completely, so you can pack this backpack more like a suitcase. The laptop compartment also flips down flat, so you can just unzip the back and send it through TSA without unpacking completely. The finishing touch is the three-bag set that comes with this backpack, including a shoe bag and two packing cubes, all made with high-quality materials.

More things I love:

  • Super-padded back and straps
  • Exterior compression straps
  • Large water bottle pocket
  • Wet pouch built into the lid

It’s available on Amazon for just $35!

COR Surf Island Hopper 2.0 Backpack

COR Surf Island Hopper 2.0 travel backpack travel products

Next up is another great travel backpack: the COR Surf Island Hopper! Now, COR Surf’s compression packing cubes are a staple for us on long trips, so I was really excited to try out their newest backpack design, too.

I got the Island Hopper 2.0 in the limited edition pink color, and it looks so sleek, especially with the weather-proofed material and splash-resistant zippers, which give it a nice, high-quality look and make it a great choice for rainy destinations. It even has lashing hooks so you can clip your travel pillow, jackets, etc., to them to keep your hands free. At 28L, it easily fits under any plane seat.

This bag has a few really great standout features, including two roomy anti-theft pockets built into the back padding. One is completely hidden underneath the luggage strap, making it even more secure, and the dense padding ensures you still stay comfy. I also love their innovative laptop sleeve, which has more of a briefcase feel because it opens from the side. It’s shockproof and has plenty of space for documents, too.

Last but not least, I like that this bag zips open like a suitcase for super-easy packing. The lid has two interior organization pockets, and the main compartment utilizes compression straps and a mesh cover to help keep everything in place and maximize space.

More great features:

  • 2 quick-access organizational pockets in the front
  • Chest strap
  • Adjustable water bottle pocket
  • Top and briefcase-style handles

You can grab one on Amazon for $99!

Telena Anti-Theft Sling Bag

I’m not typically an anti-theft sling bag girl because I hate so many of the styles. This often leads me to just take my LoveVook backpack, even if it’s bigger than what I need for the day. However, I really like the style I recently got from Telena.

It’s so cute with the guitar-style strap, and I like the leather look. It’s also surprisingly roomy but doesn’t feel bulky. And for $20, it’s a steal!

It has one quick-access front pocket and a small, hidden pocket on the back. The main compartment stays extra secure with an anti-theft clip that helps keep wandering hands from opening it, but is simple for me to get to when needed. I also like the organization in the main part, which has one slip pocket and a long row of credit card slots, so I can ditch my wallet and free up more space for other things.

ETRONIK Weekender

ETRONIK Weekender duffel bag, travel products 2025

Last but certainly not least is the ETRONIK Weekender duffel, which has been going viral as the best dupe for the popular Beis Travel Tote. When I saw this bag, I knew I had to try it out and see if it actually lived up to the hype–and it did.

I typically opt for backpacks, but this tote has a lot to love, from the variety of colors to the fact that it often goes on sale for $26 (full price is $40). I’m also a big fan of the easy-clean material, which meant I could grab it in beige and not worry about it.

The bag has a roomy shoe compartment on the bottom with ventilation holes, two exterior pockets, and two expandable water bottle pockets. The hardware is also super-chic, and the shoulder strap is detachable if you prefer to use the carry handles. Inside the bag, you’ll find a waterproof pocket, two slip pockets, and a cord/port combo for a portable charger. The main compartment also has plenty of room, and it comes with a toiletry bag for extra organization.

And it holds so much! My husband packed this with a week’s worth of clothes and still had a little extra space (we took an extra bag for both our toiletries, but still). It has great capacity but doesn’t feel cluttered, and it still fits the dimensions to work as a personal bag for many airlines!

2025 Best Travel Products: The Clothing Edit

Next up, let’s talk travel clothes! Good travel outfits make such a huge difference in how much I enjoy a trip, whether it’s staying comfortable during a long travel day or staying sweat-free on a big adventure. These are the latest picks that I’ve been reaching for on repeat!

Halara 2-in-1 Yoga Shorts

I love the Halara brand for its cute athleisure designs that combine functional style with sweat-wicking materials. My newest obsession is its 2-in-1 yoga shorts!

These little cuties are super-soft and stretchy, and the athletic material is perfect for hitting the gym, chilling at home, or working up a sweat on a warm-weather adventure. I particularly like these because the flowy outer shorts add a sweet, feminine touch to my outfits, but the biker shorts underneath keep me protected and allow me to move freely. The under shorts also have a pocket, and there’s an additional pocket in the back of the waistband.

I’ve been reaching for these all spring and summer just for daily wear, but they are definitely going on all my warm-weather adventures now because they look chic while keeping me cool and dry.

They’re about $30 each, but you can frequently bundle and save on more. You can also find them in the TikTok shop!

Old Navy Skorts

I never thought Old Navy would be on my travel essentials list, but I am in love with their new skorts! I am hardcore in my skort era right now because they’re cute and functional, especially when made with athletic fabrics. They’re so easy to pair with a cute top for exploring the town, but they’ll also work on a chill hike. I love having that feminine look, and built-in shorts are such a lifesaver in sweaty destinations, too.

I currently have a PowerSoft Skort and a CloudComfy Skort, and both are insanely comfortable! I love the flowy look and the ultra-soft fabrics that look cute and stay comfy, from the car to exploring to dinner at night.

The fact that I got both for under $20 is just icing on the cake!

Smart Swimsuits Tan-Through Swimsuit

If you hate battling tan lines all summer long, you have to check out Smart Swimsuits. These trendy swimsuits are made with sustainable, recycled materials and are specially crafted to allow you to tan beneath your swimsuit!

Each swimsuit offers SPF 30 protection, so you’re not just at the mercy of the UV rays, but keep that in mind as you put sunscreen everywhere else to actually eliminate the tan lines. These also don’t have any padding or lining, so the sun can come through. It’s a bit of a different experience, but they’re super comfortable, and they dry in less than 10 minutes!

They offer awesome designs for men and women, with sizes and styles for all body shapes, too! They are on the higher end, but for the quality, style, and tan-through features, I think a Smart Swimsuit is worth the investment!

Separates cost about $80 per piece, while one-pieces, depending on the style, can cost up to $300. They’re currently on sale for as low as $39 per piece!

Stelle Water Shoes

With summertime in full swing, you probably have a lot of water-based adventures on the horizon, whether it’s beach days, splashing around the pool, or cooling off in the river on a hike. Whatever you have in store, a good pair of water shoes is an absolute must, and I recommend these ones from Stelle!

These water shoes come in several trendy color schemes and have a design that looks more like a tennis shoe than a standard water shoe, in my opinion. They have adjustable elastic laces and stretchy mesh uppers paired with a ribbed heel collar for that perfect fit. The toe box is roomy enough to avoid smushed toes, and the rugged soles actually curve up over the toes for extra protection. The soles also have small drainage holes to get excess water out fast.

They get top marks for comfort and style, which can be hard to find with water shoes. As a bonus, these unisex water shoes also come in kids’ sizes, so your whole family can match. And for $17 a pair, these are hard to beat!

2025 Best Travel Products: The Accessory Edit

Last but not least, let’s look at a couple of fantastic travel accessories that make travel life much more convenient!

Tiita Travel Jewelry Organizer

Travel accessories: travel jewelry organizer

I hate the popular box jewelry organizers. They always look so cute and convenient, but without a doubt, when I arrive at my destination, all of my necklaces will be loose and tangled, my earrings will be mixed up, and half the rings have popped out of the holder.

So when I saw this beautiful travel jewelry organizer on Amazon, I knew I had to try it out!

This gorgeous jewelry organizer is binder-style with multiple “pages” made from soft, velvety fabric. Each page has multiple clear, zipper compartments for organizing jewelry of different sizes, making it easy to flip through and find what you want while keeping everything separate.

It is a tad bulky at 8.5″ X 5.5″, but it’s a great option if you have big jewelry or plan to be on the road for a while and are already taking a full-size suitcase. Honestly, I’m thinking about keeping some of my favorite pieces in here full time for easier access at my dresser.

It’s currently available on Amazon for just $17, which I think is an absolute steal!

Ballast Beach Pillow

Beach days are about to get a whole lot better! If you’ve ever been lying out in the sun with your head on a towel, wishing you had a pillow that worked at the beach, you need to take a look at the Ballast Beach Pillow!

These nifty pillows feature an inflatable pillow covered in super-soft fabric. The whole thing folds down into an attached pocket that’s super-easy to throw in your beach bag and go. When it’s time to use the pillow, you just inflate it, then fill the attached pocket with sand to give it just a bit of wind-resistant weight. You can’t feel the sand pouch at all, and the pillow is extremely comfortable!

Plus, they even make special cold packs that you can slip inside a special pocket to add a touch of cooling power to the pillow. How cool is that!

At $35, I was a little bit skeptical, but this was worth every penny. Plus, the quality is top-notch, so I know I’ll get lots of use out of it. Definitely one of my favorite travel products from this year!

Closing Thoughts on These Travel Products

I am loving all of these travel products and accessories so far, and I hope at least one of them caught your eye, too!
